Staying at Holiday Inn near Campo de Marte Airport. COuld use some advice as prefer visit to my hotel room, rather than going out.

But if nearby quality prive or clinica even better, suggestions please.

And I'm willing to pay for quality.

I was wondering if there are any spots to visit near the airport. I am a standby flyer and sometimes I have a huge layover and wanted to venture out. Can have up to 6 hrs at time to play. Any thoughts, never ventured out in SP before or should I plan a night stay over. Appreciate any info.

Or even nthe airport shuttle will leave close to Miruna.

1. Back after nearly 3 years. Quality and quantity of garotas has declined a lot! Had already declined on my last trip, but now even more! Prives seem to be best option. But even at Vani's (and I had visited one her prives on my last visit) the quantity is there but quality is way down at Tangara, for example. Downtown Sensacao is very downscale facilities for my taste, but IMO, it's all about the mindset and culture and just like last time, there are 1-2 garotas out there who are definitely worth it.

2. Saw 2 other prives and will try Brooklin this weekend.

3. Went to Casarao a few times and I liked the ambiance and the shows. But it's narrow, gets jam packed and the guy / girl ratio is never less than 2 to 1 and on weekends expect 3 to 1. Saw a few 8's, maybe 2-3 9's but IMO, 70 PC of them are 5-6 and some below 5. Most are late 20's and maybe 20 PC are in their 30's. Tried KILT and was quite disappointed in the quality. Left immediately because again guy-girl ratio was high and I did not find quality much higher than at Casarao.

4. There is an american bar next to Casarao (there are few around there but only this one has decent quality) forget the name but will try to report on the that later. I think it's the second one to the left of Casarao.

5. Went to Love Story .....but it was a Wed and at 130 am it was very empty. Like 5 in the club and about 5-10 outside milling about smoking, and so I didn't go in (but they let me look) since it would not have been worth the entry of $ 100. But, I will probably go again this weekend. And btw, hats / caps NOT allowed so I will have to remember that.

6. Hit a few other smaller spots I knew from before near Centro and also near Augusta and the older women working behind the bar who knew me from before (and had helped me before) ticked off 5-10 names of garotas from their places who had emigrated to Swiss, Spain, Italy etc because they found someguy and got married to those guys! LOL. Now, that's new info! Got this from 2 different older women who I know in two different places and they were both having a very tough time finding young garotas (under 25) who wanted to work at these kind of clubs anymore. A cabbie took me to Ravenas but again I found the culture wanting. May have to try Bomboa next week. Put it off due to what I heard here about prices there now.

So, IMO, the garotas who are left in the business are like the independent operators at Casarao or Bomboa and they are all having a fairly good time because supply is down and the male demand is high. Not now. But say 2 years ago, the guys in the oil and gas industry would be away and come back having made like a hundred grand us $ and so between that and general economy (until say 2 years ago and just after the World Cup ), the girls are doing well, even the 6 's and definitely the 7's and 8 's. One, a definite 8 at Casarao (who'd had 1 European, 1 American and 1 Canadian boyfriend and spoke great English) told me she only works wed, Thursday, Friday. And has no other job! Just think about that. Has her own car, apt etc.

So, IMO, the issue in SP is clearly supply is down (both quantity and quality) based on a lot of data points, and I am highly data driven guy. That tells me that SP is unlikely to be worth it for some time to come.

As for the economy, the young people (early 20 somethings) are still waiting in line, in droves, to pay are R$50, even on Wednesdays, and more than that even, just in cover, to enter the good bars and they don't look like (I am being careful here) they have a great shortage of money!

Even if unemployment now is say 8.5 percent ( that's just an additional 3-4 PC of total workforce of newly unemployed). In othet words, over 90 PC are still employed. So, it is difficult to really discern all the impacts now...until the dominoes fall and the second and third order macroeconomic impacts being to occur. China is not going to come back soon...at least not for construction and commodities. So, Brasil is in difficult bind, particularly considering the fiscal situation, the heavy load they have to carry of pensions, social security and the average retirement age of 55 today, and the employment surcharges or social ciosts employers have to carry....

As for the real, the exchange rate etc. , even at 4 to 1 USD just about everything here is still more expensive than in the USA even now. Both in the malls, the grocery stores, the little shops in Centro. Whether it's is upscale or downscale or in the middle everything is still more expensive. Food, clothing still cheaper in the US (except maybe some discounted women's shoes, tops etc). Jewelry still way more expensive. All branded products even at the Addidas and Nike outlet stores in Centro mall or in BH at the Cidade Shopping all more expensive than the US and I looked intensely because I am a data driven guy and was looking at the economy, inflation, purchasing parity adjusted cost of living etc to see if Brasil was close to a bottom from an investment standpoint and it mostly certainly is not. Malls and even small stores in Centro are all doing brisk business ...but I think people MAY be depleting their savings, their credit lines on their cards ( majority of transactions even at McDonlads are using debit and credit cards ) and their parents savings too. Who knows ?

If the economy in Brasil ( and the political situation ) continues to unwind I suspect there will be lots of apt foreclosure, high level of unpaid car loans and credit cards loans ( more than now ) and this might contribute to a very, very serious economic downtown ...because the economic downtown has only just begun in the last 12-15 months, from what I know. First order effects only now...second and third order effects yet to occur and the dominoes from that may start in earnest in the next 6-12 months and I quite concerned for all the really nice people here.

All of the above notwithstanding, Brasilians IMO, are still one of the nicest people on the face of this planet. They are unfortunately being ripped off by the politicians and the businessmen who are both in cahoots.

I lived in SP from 2007-2010 . Fantastic times. Back for first time since 2011, this month, and have had amazing experiences at the clinicas. Just off the hook sex every day for $R150 to $R200 per hour. Less than $50 per hour with knockouts, and better than GFE I'm most cases. And I am probably the most demanding monger you will meet, I don't hesitate to walk out of any place. Have been to Mirunas, red, enjoy, Brooklyn, novo ceci, espaco morumbi, tangara, all great values. Rovnak you're absolutly right! Brazil is now cheaper in almost all goods, food, lodging, only imports are more expensive.

But the girls are very good looking specially at the clinicas and prives, who provide outstanding garotas at a very fair prices, mostky a fraction of what you pay in the US.

You can start at Red Massagem, then go to Miruna's (1.5 km) and then to Enjoy Spa (1 km).

I don't know Red's staff very well, but I know there is at least Isadora (mulata).
