Fame surcharge
Here is a list of girls all over Japan that have done AV work and are available for takeout. I would guess the over 30 would be likely to say yes to most paying customers, gaijin or not. Some superhot 20-somethings maybe less likely, but then again the are AV stars, not girls trying to make ends meet with a little evening DH work.Still, I expect you should have a fat wallet for the FS charge that will no doubt come.http://dh-jiten.com/galList/b3-11/
Lion,Thanks for the list. I am not necessarily interested in AV stars that can charge more for fame. I am interested in normal WGs of the same quality e.g. 8-10 range. IMHO, what is available from the gaijin friendly outcall providers (AM, Club Boo, Nasty Dolls) is only in the 5-7 range. Are there any 8-10s available for gaijins without paying crazy prices?OAH
Homer,You make some very good points. Unfortunately, cultural differences can make it very hard for Westerners mongering in Japan. In the West having a big dick and fucking for a long time before busting a nut is supposed to impress women. Manliness is measured in dick size and stamina. Japanese women with small pussies don't want to be worn out by a Western dick doped up on Viagra. They are not impressed by attempts at marathon fucking sessions. They appreciate men who just fuck and shoot their load within five to ten minutes. Poking their tight pussies as quickly as possible is seen as being considerate while rooting away for a long while is seen as being abusive.
I agree with what you wrote, with the caveat that the "short time" preference is much more common in working girls than in non-professional relationships. And I think this preference is common across cultures and borders. As the humorous (and accurate) old joke goes: "What's the difference between a hooker, a mistress, and a wife? The hooker says, 'will you finish soon?' the mistress says, 'what you finished already?' and the wife says, 'Yellow. I think I'll paint the ceiling yellow!'"

Hinomaru
Went by Hinomaru today, thanks to all for the directions and recommendation. It's a little difficult to find, best advice I can give is find Seibu-Shinjuku station as that is on all the local maps then with your back to it looking at the main road walk left, walk a few hundred yards and you will see a kabukicho entrance with a red arched sign above the road, if you can see McDonalds down to the left you are looking the right direction.Walk down all the way to the end where you can either go left or right, you should see the Koban on the leftish, go right, then walk about 1 minute until you see a building with a white sign on the front that says "Ninja in New YOrk" 5F, its on the side of that building with a Japanese sign (White letters on Red) with a Japanese flag on the top of the sign.So anyway, went in paid Y4000 for 20 minutes, I spoke Japanese and asked if foreigners were ok and got a dozo. So went up the stairs, not offered a choice of girls, paid at the window and sat down. One other gaijin getting service, then Miu, think that was her name, arrived OK looking but probably late 30s, early 40s, she took her top down and left the dress around her waist then cleaned me up and got down to business. Excellent technique while I slipped my hand into her panties and she slowly built up until she got me off in about 15 minutes. She asked me to wait while she went to get cleaned up, but I got ready and was ready to go then, though if my Japanese was better I could have stayed for a chat a bit longer. She walked me to the door which was a nice touch then off I went.EDITOR'S NOTE: [blue]I would suggest that the author or another Forum Member consider posting a link to this report in the Reports of Distinction thread. My 2 cents
I am a non-Asian foreigner but my Japanese is fluent. I have never gotten The Question over the phone ("お客様、外人さんですか?") although it is not 100% clear this is because they don't realize I am a foreigner or because they don't care. The great thing is, once you phone in an appointment and complete it successfully once, they recognize your number on subsequent calls and the level of due diligence on their part falls considerably. You can even schedule subsequent appointments via the web, further reducing the risk of getting caught out as a non-Japanese over the phone.
IMHO, I think too much emphasis is placed on language ability. I understand that guys that have mastered the Japanese language are very proud of it. Without pointing any fingers, I sense that bravado in some of the posts here e.g. "I am accepted but you are not." That said, I am nearly fluent in two other Asian languages but I always encourage those without language skills to go for it in those countries. They can usually manage to get laid with a pen and paper and some body language.
I just noticed that you are asking from the POV of a non-Japanese speaking foreigner... unfortunately I think you have three chances: slim, none, and SOL. Sorry about that. As you can see in the article I linked to in my last post, it's not easy or cheap even for the locals.
IMHO, I believe the underlying reason for "Japanese Only" is primarily discrimination, plain and simple. It has nothing to do with language, "understanding the system." or big dongs and long sessions. Most Japanese men do not want their girls done by gaijin. And, when a WG has enough Japanese business, why challenge this. The older, less attractive gals have less choice. When my Japanese business associates take me out, it is nearly always a Filipina, Chinese or European girls club. Almost never a Japanese club. Telltale signs to support my theory. The same applies to a lesser extent in other Asian countries. Korea is virtually the same as Japan; China is somewhat more tolerant. On the other hand, Thailand and Philippines are nearly completely tolerant, altough there are still small segments of those markets that are still off limits to foreigners.Just my POV.OAH

This must have been a huge blow to the Japanese collective psyche (no pun intended), because prior to that, they were an island people who had never had their island invaded. As a professor of mine liked to say, "if you take a people and shut them away from the world for 250 years and browbeat them by despots, they are bound to grow up strange." Simply dismissing it as prejudice is overly simplistic. There certainly is some element of boasting to the "I speak Japanese and you don't" mentality, but I think that it also addresses the fact that the Japanese see themselves not only as unique, but uniquely unique, and hence the shut off a lot of their culture to outsiders. There are some areas of Japanese culture that a foreigner will never be allowed to penetrate (again, unintentional pun), but I can tell you from personal experience that there is a feeling of accomplishment in getting "in the club." And this feeling extends far beyond P4P. Japan is a large "members only" club, and I am quite sure that fact is a large part of its appeal.

Well
IMHO, I believe the underlying reason for "Japanese Only" is primarily discrimination, plain and simple.
Basically I agree. What I am saying is the slim chance a fluent-Japanese foreigner has of getting one of these high-demand girls is basically reduced to nil for someone who has no language ability. It's not simply a matter of making yourself understood; it's also a matter of getting the shop to believe that because you know the language pretty well, you might also understand the culture a little bit and be able to follow the rules.ES

Again
I always encourage those without language skills to go for it
So do I -- see my posts on nampa. No one here is saying don't try (well, some are, but they seem mostly concerned that a certain element might 'ruin it for the rest of us' -- with some cause for such concern). Most of the guys sending the message that language ability is an asset in this game are trying to be helpful. If it sounds like boasting, well in some cases it probably is, but generally it's simply a reflection of the facts of the situation. Deal with it or, if you can't, perhaps it's time to hit the books?ES
I talked to a tencho a few days ago at a hotel health in Shibuya.
Should I assume that hotel health is not the spa in a hotel?
-
This pertains to hotel healths only in Tokyo. A regular health is a much tougher nut to crack in my experience, virtually impossible in some areas like Yokohama. I would be curious if anyone has had success with a health in Yokohama.
I think this has a lot to do with the visibility factor. When you go in for a regular health you'll be seen by Japanese customers either waiting for service or entering a room to get service. With hotel health on the other hand you're less likely to be seen by Japanese customers.I've tried a few and the only regular health I was able to enter was ucla little bear in ikebukuro. Other ones simply say no gaijin. This one time I went with a Japanese friend to shibuya and we tried to get into a few. First one said no and wouldn't budge. Second one said no initially, then my friend said I was half-Japanese (my Japanese is fluent) so the tencho said OK. But there was only one girl available (it was around 8-9am). Funny thing is the tencho had dyed blonde hair and blue contacts. He looked more gaijin than me. Eventually we ended up in a hotel health where again tencho said no gaijin, my friend again whipped up the "he's half" line, and tencho was OK with that.Probably won't work for a gaijin alone. But if you're fluent and coming with a Japanese friend at an off-hour I have a feeling saying you're half will get you into a lot of places. Don't abuse this.
Should I assume that hotel health is not the spa in a hotel?
No, it's not the spa in the hotel. They can be found almost anywhere where you can find regular fuzoku establishments. It's a type of store where they send you to a hotel room with a girl. Generally, you wait around until they call you, then they introduce you to the girl and you walk to the hotel room together. However it's not uncommon to be given directions to the hotel, and after checking in, they'll send the girl to you. The latter type is invariably requires the ability to speak Japanese, obviously because they have to be able to give you directions to the hotel.

They have enough English on the site to suggest they might accept Japanese-speaking foreigners. She speaks English, so once she turned up at least you'd have no problem. I'd bet she'd go for 50,000 or more per hour, though. Probably more like jyu-man, about 1,200 AUS$. Maybe more? Not cheap, but it would be something to remember. The question is, is this for real?
Hello fellas, long time lurker here. Not adding a report as I have been out of the loop with the working ladies in the city. However, I came across the following on another site:Famed JAV actress Maria Ozawa (half-Japanese, half-Canadian) is now doing delivery health. Anyone else heard of this? Anyone willing to take one for the team? I'm considering it (assuming she or the agency allows gaijin clients).Site in Japanese: http://www.tora-ana.jp/detail.php?sn=393Sumimasen, if this is a repost.
I have not mastered Japanese but I can get by. The bravado you're pointing out is real but the requirement for Japanese ability is also real. Basically, if you can't understand the rules your chances of success are greatly reduced, usually approaching zero. For instance, I can't read menus very well at these places. I study the website before going but I'm at a severe disadvantage if they give me a menu in kanji. Hiragana and Katakana are no problem but Kanji is difficult and my writing is pretty terrible if they give me a clipboard to fill out. DH is totally off-limits for me, I just don't have the conversational skills to pull it off over the phone. I usually have a Japanese drinking buddy do the calling for me in this case.
IMHO, I think too much emphasis is placed on language ability. I'm a very persistent guy when it comes to getting in at a Japanese health. I'm not talking about a Chinese esute which will usually take anyone. Before my Japanese got better, I tried and tried and tried some more and then I tried and tried again. I had an extremely high failure rate at the time. One reason is that I couldn't speak basic Japanese in a confident manner. Limited success would drive me on and as my Japanese got better my success rate got higher. I quickly figured out that night time mongering during busy periods is also a losing proposition. Most of my success (and the free time I have) is on an early afternoon on weekends. After about 4:30 or so it starts getting busy and prospects become less and less. If I were to count up my failures vs successes I would probably estimate 50:1 (for new Japanese places I've inquired at). In the old days, I would go to NK and try at least 30-40 Japanese healths and fail. I could always go to a Chinese place but that was not what I was looking for. I can usually have a 10:1 success rate now (on new places I've not tried) because I can read the websites and usually figure out if there is any chance of success before I try. This take a great deal of perseverance and frustration to overcome. It's not easy but I enjoy the challenge, especially if I'm not that horny and can take it or leave it.The key is, when I find a place is to establish myself, at least until the management changes and I'm refused service. That means getting a membership or point card and not losing it. It means slipping out quickly after saying goodbye and going along with the program. It's a lot of hassle but I find it worthwhile.
So do I -- see my posts on nampa. I probably am a bit on the arrogant side since I have a decent success rate, but I am going to agree, your success rate goes up as your Japanese goes up. I can't tell you how many places have sat me down and tossed some rather difficult Japanese at me to make sure I knew Japanese and not just a few key phrases. Now, that doesn't mean you shouldn't try, but there are many places that will reject you simply for logistical reasons. As for Homer's seemingly low success rate, well, I don't have a rejection rate quite that low. I can usually find a place that will service me in about 3 to 4 tries. However, part of the reason is that I will usually ask for some help being pointed in the right direction. There have been several instances where the store actually made a few calls and then had an employee walk me over to the store. Obviously most stores aren't this nice, and I've had a few incidents where they were practically pushing me out the front. If the stores don't help me, there might be a few touts that will. Granted with touts you need to be careful. There are many horror stories with them.
