Firstly when you book an Airbnb you have the option for a room, meaning you will be leaving with other people which could be the landlord or renters, or choose "entire home" in the Airbnb search filter to rent the entire unit. So why write something that's false? Why?

Besides those new rules won't affect those that bring normal guests. Like if you meet a girl from SA or a regular nonpro or semipro, make sure she has an ID and dress appropriately and you'll be fine. Most of my hosts require that I take a pic front and back of all guest Ids and send to them. I do my best not to bring too many, and I get 100% positive reviews in several yrs of traveling.

If I'm in a building with long term renters, my visitors are always dressed conservatively. I've still had residents complain to the host because I'm old and my visitor is young. I don't party in the apartments, so there's no disturbances. I even had someone call the police because I was in a Frisby's with a young lady and the daughter of a mutual friend.

I think if an Airbnb host gets complaints like I've described, they will get gun-shy and put more restrictions on renters.

I have received positive reviews for every Airbnb rental I've been in, almost ten years.

You have to accept casa girls for what they are, high volume taking care of business girls. One issue with the more attractive girls is that they will get more business if most guys agree that she is, in fact, attractive.
