I then let them know I will pay $X ($300-350 usually) and will pay tip more based on how I feel it comes out. I'm really planning to pay them $100 more than I suggested, but they don't know that, and they have an incentive, and they agreed to the smaller amount if I am disappointed. I think the Mansion days are extremely numbered. Latest rumor of it closing end of September ended up false. However I've heard downpayment has been made, but actual closing date to be determined. New buyer will tear it down I've heard.

Seeing a range of 250-500 k, what do you offer to pay? What's the advantage of Facebook girls over the casa girls?

I just got back last weekend. The mayor is working diligently to remove pros from the walled city. All of the clubs with pros in Centro have been permanently shut down. There are a lot more families out, and pros are no longer allowed to loiter at the clocktower. When they are standing around the police will come on motos and blast their sirens until they move. Its really annoying. Also I have been there a million times and now the begging is gotten completely out of control, way worse than before. Medellin is very lively from what I am seeing so I'm sure I will take a trip there soon.
