Illegal activity is still illegal and will most likely always be illegal. And, no, all the girls in Medellin did not grow up overnight and become of legal age. Who would screen and how? Who would verify street walkers? Identifying a fake ID depends on how good the fake ID, though I think the most common method is just to borrow or steal a real ID from an older similar girl. You should sit down with some patience and read back several dozens of pages and get a better picture of how it all works, that is the best advise I can give you.

I have been told that she speaks English and I've been told that she is very friendly and can converse with you on a number of topics and can be good company on sightsee trips. If you tell her where you would like to do, she can make some recommendations for you and keep you company. That is more than can be said for your typical streetwalker in El Centro.
