Most women in USA will always vote against legalizing prostitution because they don't want their husbands / boyfriends cheating on them. It gives them power over their husbands / boyfriends, if their mates can't just go down the street to a local brothel.

Actually, prior to women getting the vote, prostitution was widespread, from Montana to New Orleans.
