I'm writing as a relatively seasoned Medellin monger (I've been visiting for 4 to 6 months a year since 2019) to share one guy's experience in securing bareback sex in Paisa Pussyland, Having entered my geezerhood, I've increasingly found the condom to be "el enimigo de placer" (the enemy of pleasure) and, even with a blue pill assist, sometimes have trouble maintaining a hardon when the tool is clad in latex. This has proved very useful in winning over a number of chicas who, at first, were extremely reluctant to bareback. I also make a point of mentioning that I spend six months a year in Medellin and am looking for someone whom I would see regularly, long term.

In most cases, we've already agreed in advance on other GFE services (DFK, BBBJ) and on a payment. Some chicas (especially those who didn't negotiate aggressively over price in the first place) agree to bareback without requesting any additional payment when we discuss my preferences. For those that still prove reluctant, my offering a "propina" (tip) of 50 to 100 k usually seals the deal.

Is there a fast testing center you use?

For convenience to where I stay and less of a crowd scene, I've used Laboratorio CLínico VID Sede Laureles, Cq. 73 A #38-30, Laureles. Estadio, but it's on the pricier side. They have a number of other locations. Most labs only perform tests up to some hour in the late morning. Note that HIV tests are relatively cheap (60 to 80 k as I recall), with the results available the same day or next. The full gamut of STD tests (to include chlamydia, genital herpes, gonorrhea, and syphilis) can cost an addition 100 to 200 k, and, for some of these, it can take a number of days, even a week, to receive the results. Also, if the lab uses urine tests rather than a genital swab for some of these tests, then be aware that you, or the chica, has to fast the morning of the test or bring the urine sample with you. Pharmacies sell sample jars for about 2 k.

I don't take PrepP but have contemplated doing so. How about you. How complicated / costly?

After a month long stay in Medellin. I did only casas. Overall the trip was quite good and I felt a little reluctant to go back home but I have responsibilities here and could not extend my stay. Apart from the chicas I just like the city and would have no problem staying several months as I used to but unfortunately obligations prevent me from doing that. Although I found the girls not as appealing as in previous trips I still had a good time. Thanks to those guys who commiserated with me on spending COP100,000 extra for BBBJs.
