I arrived at HKG with limited HKG currency, $2200 to be exact, and had exactly $2000 left when I entered the Go-GO. I had more money on me, but it was in my local currency.

Initially when the prices were presented and she was trying to sell me on 2 women LT, I told her that I didn't have that kind of money on me. She said she accepted Credit Cards, but my CC was back in my hotel safe, and to be frank, there are few places overseas that I trust my CC being used and a GO-GO certainly isn't one of them. She then offered to escort me to a nearby money change booth twice. Both times I made it clear that she wasn't escorting me anywhere and If I needed to go to a booth, I was doing so on my own.

I had a girl on each arm for most of the time I was there. There was one that I certainly liked more than the other. When we negotiated, Her price for 1 ST started at an odd figure of $1940 (or something like that). When I flatly refised, she immediately dropped to $1500. I was pushing for $1000, and eventually settled for $1200. The next morning I had $400 and some loose stuff on me, so I'm pretty sure I know close to what the night costed me, and as I said before, if she held firm on the initial $2000 offer I would have left dry.

I do not claim to be an expert on all things GO GO and have no reason to doubt the stories of others. To be honest, I was initially a little embarrased to post this story, as, thanks largely to this site, I felt I had done all good research before my trip and sqandered it on such an elementary mistake, but in the end I wanted the girl and wanted to get laid and the story is in the history books. Whether you choose to believe me or not is up to you, but to suggest that I am 'confused' is a gross misrepresentation.

Comparing the 2hrs with the Go-Go cutey to the time I spent in a Macau sauna later on in that week, the sauna was definitely better bang for your buck. While my GOGO experiences would have been good value in my home country, I'd take a sauna girl any day.

The thing about the sauna, is when you get 90 minutes, you get a full 90 minutes of attention. When I took this GOGO back, you have to keep in mind the time it took to get to my hotel, the time for me to shower, for her to shower twice and for her to brush her teeth. Whilst I appreciate the hygene, when you are on such a limited timeframe, you are happy to get a pop in with a massage, whereas 90 minutes in a sauna, you can easily fit in 2 pops and 2 massages.

Nonetheless, until you have done it, I doubt your curiosity will be satisfied.

If you are paying $1500 for 3 hours, $3000 for 6 hours hardly seems like good value. If you are going to pay the extra, you would at least expect her to be by your side when you wake up in the morning.

A humble request: I visiting HK for the first time this week and look please for any suggestions for where to find very pretty girls / young ladies to 'stay', as I am with staying with colleagues in a smart hotel and don't wish to risk 'takeaway'! Even though China has the world's 2nd highest GDP it's GDP per capita is lower than Japan and S. Korea (you are not going to get too many N. Korean girls). So getting Japanese or S. Korean girls to "lower her standards" and come to a lower economic zone (although technically speaking HK is not and China is) is going to cost you more than getting a village girl from China or Philippines. This has always been the case. BTW what country are you from that you are not privy to this, no offense just curious?

You might get a private or a girl from a bar LT for 1500-2000. But it depends on the meaning of all night. Take her from a bar at 3am and she could be gone by 8 or 9am.

IMHO, only drink yourself and let the mamasan know you want to take away but need to sample/check the merchandise. IMHO some of those places used to have solid 9s girls. Quality was slipping. Switched, your prices are in the normal range for those curtain places. You just need to work out a faster escape route or move to a closer hotel.

The ladies were not drinking traditional girly cocktails, rather Tequila shots instead. And from memory, were also around the $50 mark, although they may have been a little higher.
