Has there ever been anything or any place that they have not ruined?
With your statement it's evident that you do not get out or get around. You need to get out of Gringo Land because it's influencing your overall perception of what the reality is in Colombia. The Passport Bros and Gringos have little to NO AFFECT on the country as a whole. If you think that it's all about Medellin, Cartagena, Cali, Bogota, Barranquilla then your mistaken. Get out and see Colombia and not be sheep that follows the crowd and the places that Gringos / Tourist go.
Has there ever been anything or any place that they have not ruined?
I may have read too much into this statement. My bad. The Passport Bros are definitely doing damage wherever they go. It's a documented fact. Thanks for your input.

Getting outside the big cities to find girl fun requires more than a 2 week vacation. I like "numbers" and can not do that outside the bigger cities. Off the beaten path is for guys with more time than just a simple vacation and ones seeking GFE. Girls in the small towns learn what is being paid in the larger cities. That info trickles down quickly. You can always find a diamond for cheap in the small towns but that takes a lot of work and lies if you plan on just pumping and dumping. That in turn can put a guy in physical danger by the friends and family.
Housing costs rising so fast in Medellin from tourism causing locals to limit short time rentals like air bnb.

Interpol is opening an office in Medellin. You think that is because of the locals or just maybe possibly the foreigners?

International tourism surpassed pre-pandemic levels by 29.1%.

That was a cool trip when I went there in Feb 2023. Highly recommend the street fruit hanging around parque el hacha.
Moto travel is absolutely the fastest way to get through traffic. It is also, according to very clear statistics, by far the riskiest mode of travel. Motos are involved in north of 90% of all traffic accidents in Medellin. There are ghoulish Telegram channels devoted to moto accidents. The government created a public campaign for road safety based around a cartoon character that is characteristically risky moto driver. The latest tag line is "I did not buy a moto to drive slowly."
Me last night riding as a passenger on a moto thru Jakarta, Indonesia not wearing a helmet, holding onto the seat handle with just my left hand, while holding my phone in my right hand to record the video I took these screenshots from, and I didn't get injured or killed in any way.
Sometimes you need to just not worry about shit and enjoy your life.

Picked up really cute Venezvelan. Initially she Quoted me 450 COP.
It was close to 4 am, I said 100 COP she made a funny face then I offered 150 COP.
She said yes, I made her clear I want boyfriend treatment not just a session, she smiled.
Walking down holding hands, she was a head turner, I guess due to unavailability of gringos I just got lucky.
When got into my apartment, we both did oral hygiene, she kissed me like no tomorrow, but wouldn't suck me without condom.
I am OK with that, since she kisses me passionately, I let it slide.
Asked money before hand, I said no. But sat the money of tablet and she was fine.
Great session, very happy and off to bed.

Meet her 2 months earlier and wanted her again but she broke her foot and pretty sure her ankle the way they her leg braced from a motorcycle accident.
Sometimes you just have to have your head screwed on correctly and still be able to enjoy your life.
The place that I stayed saved me from someone with a fake ID. She said she had a physical Cedula but when she arrived she only had an electronic copy. When the front desk looked at it closely the ID number on the bottom it said 0123456789.
I know a shop in Centro where I can buy one for COP 40 k. If it had that number on the bottom, I would ask for my money back. If the police will not support you in the case of a fake ID, then I think its a waste of time to bother to check an ID. There are many other options to prevent worry.
Take the Metro.
Buses are also pretty quick since the bus lanes are protected from other traffic.
There are no 8's, 9's, or 10's on ID cards. You are seeing the real person, not their filters or alter egos.
Haha, that is sooo true. Many times I have looked at an ID and wondered who this person is?

Alot of people catch gonorrea, chlamydia, and even HIV from barebacking. Should I stop doing that too?
You are too funny man, LoveItHere.
Is there anything else I should not do?
Let's see, you want me to lie to people about Botero so they won't come. To not report that Philippine Street food is actually pretty good, Lie to people about my airbnb and say it is bad when I think it is good, and not ride motorbikes because some idiot's girlfriend had an accident?
What else will you come up with to add to that list?

I received an email today informing me my booking for Nov. 25 to Dec. 10 at Hotel M can not be honored as the house has been sold and must be vacated. It also said that the business will be moving to M2 but not until Jan. 1. So, my two weeks in Medellin may just convert to two weeks in Pattaya, Thailand instead. Too bad, as I liked the atmosphere. I have done Thailand solo many times, but relied on the networking with other guests at Hotel M for my Colombian adventures.

Similar shoot fish in a barrel set up, similar networking with other guests, hella lot closer than Pattaya. Just a suggestion.
