No harm in that, it's up to the punters to decide if what they read reflects the experience of a visit and they can afterwards post accordingly. I have been to Ez on 26 twice and can tell you that the managment there could not give a rat's ass when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Despite continously denying it they attempt to get full payment upfront.

The two girls I was with, the first on the cashier's recommendation were completely disinterested in providing even the suggestion of a good time. After the first experience I should have known better but as it was so bad I complained on the way out only to hear "ok next time have new lady for you". I returned the next day and while the "new lady" was better it was still way short of acceptable. A total waste of 3800 Baht.

OK I know it's all about the chemistry and one shouldn't expect every lady to be on top of her game everyday but I know enough about what's on tap in BKK to know that the management of EZ despite the impression they give here and elsewhere don't give a fiddler's fuck about how their staff behave. I enjoy mongering away from the tried and tested SW Mango Cherry and Tulip and have had some truely great times in less well known shops but EZ was a big disappointment.

I think Annie should be talk about the place to be Avoid section, girl attiude and quality sucks and the room is dirty and the girl demand extra tips even the service sucks, there are so many better massage place in Bangkok offer much better service and lower price.

I am sorry about your bad experience. I feel that you are incorrect when you say that we do not care about customer satisfaction.

We really do, especially for me, even though more often then not, I get skeptical replies or even downright complaint and flames.

However the other side of the coin is that I am not at the shop most of the time and even though I have mentioned to the thai partners about the importance of customer satisfaction, there are always some cases which are out of my control and sometimes I am also not aware of.

Which is another reason why I am here to look for feedback and to see if we are doing things right. There is nowhere better for me to ask for feedback then from the horses mouth.

That is why I always want to know when and who is the lady if there is a complaint as I want to know who are the black sheeps in the shop.

At the same time, I always encourage people to post the name of the lady in question because if they are good and most people will recommend them but if they are not good, I don't know why in most cases the people do not give names.

I am trying to provide a certain level of service and if they are complaints from customers, it will give me enough reason so ask for the ladies to leave after 3 strikes. However because I am not at the shop, I do not know if the manager / cashier will report to us if there are customer complaint so here I am.

Lastly, I would like to point out the ladies you want to avoid if you want a great service as these are mostly starfish, namely Palmy, Mikan and Angie. However as I said even though these ladies receive complaints but there are still customers who feedback that they are good service so I guess it is very much depends on chemisty though that is not a good enough reason to give a less than good service.

May is also another engima as I have customers who complain that she is lazy but yet the next day there will be another customer who say she is amazing!

Anyway I hope you can let me know when you go to EZ2 and which are the ladies you choose so I can check and get back to you.

Went yesterday to Snowwhite and asked for Cream, alas I was told that she was not working there anymore. Her picture is still in their catalogue though, both on paper and internet.

I then asked for April, based on the recommendation of a bro here earlier and I can confirm her excellent service. Her looks are a bit older than her pic of course but its still OK.

She does everything, including A+, provided you aske her nicely. She managed to extract 3 pops from me within 90 minutes. Its been a while a girl had done that.

After that, I thought I would check the looks of the girls in Cherry massage. Went in, asked to see Vodka and Bobo. The first one was out on call while the second one had to be called and to my great surprise, while the picture in the book was that of an 18 year old girl, the woman who came in recognized that her picture was taken 10 years ago. That is pure and simple cheating in my book, so be extra careful. You have to see the girls face to face. The receptionist is gorgeous though .. pity she does not provide services ...
