Here is my mental math (prices rounded up to account for miscellaneous dollars spent on tips or tacos) :
$5 from the border to the zona.
$5 back to the border.
$75 to bang a club girl (including hotel)
$30 to bang a street girl.
$5 for a drink in a club.
$10 for a girl to sit with you for 10-15 minutes while you get to know her and feel her up.
So, for $200 you can.
1) taxi to the zona ($5)
2) enter the club, have a beer ($10)
3) sit with a bar girl or two for half an hour or so ($30)
4) take said bar girl upstairs ($105)
5) head to another club and have another beer ($110)
6) sit with a bar girl or two for half an hour or so ($130)
7) walk around the zona and talk to the street girls ($130)
8) take a street girl to her hotel ($160)
9) return to a bar and have a beer ($165)
10) sit with a bar girl or two for half an hour or so ($185)
11) taxi to the border ($5)
And you still have $10 in your pocket for emergencies.

Some guys get by for less than 50 bucks a trip. I never pay more than 3 bucks for a cab, but many others walk during the day, but not at night.
The street girls can be dead cheap, including the rooms.
However, you usually get for what you pay for.
You could have a few drinks at the cheaper Zona bars. TB always has 2 for 1 specials, as many as the others as well.
It all depends on your time, taste, and money.
