Or the fact that they can change their mind at any time, for any reason? If she can change her mind on a bus ticket that's not very expensive, what's to stop her from changing her mind on a much more expensive purchase? Or, even if not deliberately bailing, so legit accident does come up? Still out of the cash, even if it's a $5,000 plane ticket.
