Your solutions would be one of two: 1- either to make a 2 separate hotel bookings and each one check-in alone and not be seen together (I have done it smoothly several times, you will be fine as long as you don't check in together). Or Message airbnb host if its okay for visitors and then book (I have found some friendly hosts over the last 2 years as well).

Maybe she is just used on doing the master and slave shit, and felt that this makes her look sexy,).
