When I stayed in San Peter Suites it was on a top floor and the noise from La 70 was still loud like the windows were paper thin. Lots of music, singing and traffic noise all night and into the early morning. I do like that San Peter Suites is very close to Exito SuperMarket. It is very convenient in that regard.

Those that are familiar know it as hooker hotel as it's almost all Airbnb guests and was very guest friendly when I stayed. They copied the girls seeédula at the desk but a different girl everyday with no issues. I like the location too, but I now stay a little further away from 70 for a little more peace and tranquility. Air conditioning was fine in the room I stayed in.
This is a classic case of an experiment that is impossible to replicate for many reasons. So we will go back and forth with no clear solution. I think a lot of them will be happy with a lower rate if it's close to fair value (at least they aren't making less than their amigas). What can help your case is being clear you repeat and are looking for regulars. What also helps is just vibe. Chicks stick around and perform better if they are having fun, if you can talk to them, if they feel more comfortable with you.
Hard to directly compare but I've been to a couple expat parties before with prepagos. I remember one where as the only one who spoke Spanish, all the girls were flocking around me and bantering with me while another 5 guys, including full time expats were awkwardly watching. We joked around and talked about sex among other things and that translated to great service with the girls I pulled at the party. By great service I mean GFE, kissing and stuff like CIM s well as unsolicited raw with one girl for no upcharge. Now only the girls would know if they gave worse service to the other guys who didn't speak Spanish or have the same ability to flirt and banter that I did.

I've actually found the more you overpay the less. Colombian women relish taking all your money for very little. This idea that the more you pay the better the service will be is American thinking.

I'm in Pattaya now and I will just make a few comments. If you like watching NFL football, it's much more difficult to watch it here due to the time difference. Have to get up at 1:00 am On Monday to watch the early game and then the next game is 4:30 am.
Many more options here and it is much easier for last minute sex for a reasonable price.
As for the girls, my general opinion is that there are young attractive girls available in both places but there are also a lot of older average looking girls in Pattaya. As you guys know, Pattaya is very popular with male tourists and if you think Medellin has a lot of tourists, it is nothing compared to Pattaya.
As for sex with young attractive girls, Medellin is actually just as good as Pattaya if not better and it's much closer.
But when it comes to food, Thailand is so much better than Columbia and every day I look forward to eating here.

It's much safer than Medellin and you don't have to worry when it's late at night and the street is isolated. There are no stories of girls drugging and robbing you. You can get by just speaking English because the city is catered to foreigners and everyone wants to make money so they all can speak enough English.
That being said, it's a long flight, it's hot year round, most of the girls are full-time workers and have high volume, there are a lot of older girls here along with average looking girls. And the young slim pretty 18 to 21-year-old girls are in high demand in Pattaya and have a lot of customers. That is actually not the case with young pretty girls on Facebook in Medellin because most are semi-pros and just work when they want to work and they are a bit lazy.
No reason to choose, I visit both places and so can you.
After reading the last few pages up till December 15th ish, talking about marrying a paisa etc to Pattaya comparisons. Maybe my experience can help at least one person enjoy their experience (s).

As for marrying a paisa. I remember when I first went back in 2012. Zero Spanish. Did Colombian Cupid etc. You definitely need the language. Cultural norms takes time to get and local friends is a big plus. Back then, from what I've heard, if a woman travelled at all to panama for any kind of work, it's code for P4 P. Today I am sure it's different. Photos on Instagram on lavish trips, expensive purses etc and no photos of her friends in those trips. Of course, webcamming and OF wasn't a thing. That's another hurdle today for those seeking a traditional woman for a wife.
The moral compass is different for them. You can see religious paintings in their houses from the photos or on their tattoos, that might mean something to someone whose family is religious and you will say to yourself, ohhh my sweet aunt has those same photos. But not in Colombia. It's a different world there. Your guard goes down and voila, bad things can happen.
As for the simps. They will marry the guys who make it rain in the strip club or send them money, but those don't last. If she wants you, she will make your life easier. Peace!

It is not allowed to be used outside the USA, but if you use GhostVPN and the Brave browser, you can watch games anywhere on your schedule. If you use the key plays feature, which is available on tablets, phones, and video game consoles but not PCs, you can watch football games in 10 minutes.
