The other way around
The fake client thing won't work for enforcement of the new nationwide law as there is no penalty for the girl under the new law. Since the new law only punishes the man for ohne-condom, sending fake clients to test the girls would make no sense.
True, but there could be policewomen posing as sex workers. Undercover agents, if you like.
It's not illegal to lie to the police. Lying in court is a different story.
HB.
Yes, I meant when facing police in a situation, but not in court.
This article says:
"According to PG, a similar law is already in place in Bavaria. Sex workers there have to register and condom usage is mandatory. Bavarian police are sending fake clients to sex workers asking for unprotected sex and if the sex worker agrees, they will be punished. ".

"Just take a look at how this is being supervised in Bavaria. The police there actually walk in on people in the act and, using flashlights, check if this requirement is being fulfilled or not. You can only monitor such things if you dont care about peoples dignity," De Rivire remarked.
True, but there could be policewomen posing as sex workers. Undercover agents, if you like.
So make sure she gets fully naked first, and then fuck her! Hell, fuck her in the butt with a condom on hahaha! No police woman is going to do that. If she does all that, then go for a BBBJ because then you know she's not the cops LOL! Man, you worry warts are killing me up in here!

The second quote is the one I already referred to as the only evidence that the police burst into the room.
I. e. This is not additional evidence that the police burst into the room.
Those I know in law enforcement tell me that it is always best to lie until and unless the evidence becomes indisputable.
That is something to think about that it is okay to lie to police. One can have a lot of fun with that.

I'm more interested in facts than beliefs.
So what evidence is there that it's a fact that police come bursting through the door in Bavarian FKK's? The only published mention I've heard of is the single one from De Rivire. I've seen nothing from Craiova.
If anyone has any kind of independent verification I'd be interested in hearing about it. Until then I'm skeptical of the little story De Rivire is telling.
It is. Check with your lawyer.
HB.
It is same here for that, it is better to lie to police, but not in court. I think this is universal in most G20 nations or at least for G7 nations, the best is not to say anything to police till lawyer comes and lawyer will lie for you to police.
Police lie to you though about laws.

In latin america they shoot you if you lie. And then they ask the cop and not you while in court. In Mother Russia you do not play the laws, the laws play you.

The Police refuse to investigate unless the guy is gay (white male, so that is the only minority group he could be a member of) so they can class it as a hate crime.
