My experience has always been that French kissing is the norm with the Facebook girls I see and happens occasionally (maybe 30%) with casa girls. They are there for many hours & the pretty ones are doing guy after guy after guy. If prostitution is legal in the country to visit, you're OK. If you are breaking the law in the foreign country, you're also breaking US law.

This website has a history of complicating simple issues in ways that confuse the newer members. The facts of the North Dakota / Czech Republic case is the subject was convicted of engaging in activity that is expressly illegal in both countries. Neither the travel nor the subject's occupation are significant. Having sex in the United States or anywhere else with a consenting adult is not illegal per se. If consent and / or adulthood are out of the picture then it is risky.

That section also defines illicit sexual conduct as "(1) a sexual act (as defined in section 2246) with a person under 18 years of age that would be in violation of chapter 109 A if the sexual act occurred in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States; (2) any commercial sex act (as defined in section 1591) with a person under 18 years of age; or (3) production of child pornography (as defined in section 2256 (8))." Staying away from minors and having sex with prostitutes where it is legal should not present a problem.

I'd say I do better than average in Colombia and Latin America in general. I just turned 40, speak the language well, and have had enough women tell me I'm handsome to not think they are all just buttering me up. I date for fun in Medellin and have had several nonpro amigas as well as having a girlfriend at one point.

There is a range of experiences with kissing and I know what you mean about holding back. I've had women not want to kiss, give me the pecks and also women that kind of repetitvely french kiss (I classify it as French if the tongue is involved).

You are breaking the law in the US and many other countries if you have commercial sex with someone under 18 no matter what the law of the country is where it happened. So age of consent in Colombia is irrelevant.
