Tapatio (male) and Tapatia (female) are the nicknames given to the Mexicans born in the State of Jalisco and in a more specific and direct way, is the nickname of Mexicans who were born in the city of Guadalajara.

Try chatting up girls on the street in Guad east of the Calzada or in Tlaquepaque. Just look for poor city areas that are not TOO Poor. The poorest parts of Guadalajara are also the most dangerous, actually really the only dangerous parts but they can be pretty bad.

It doesn't matter for the Tapatias if you are white, brown or black as long as you have money. No offense here, but Guadalajara is not what you portray it to be. I admit, that in Guad girls are more interested in money than in other Mexican cities, but that comes with the Jalisco standard of living (not to mention their looks).
