Got one burning question. While Clinicas are great for quick day to early evening adventures, sometime.

Please, always meet the girl first.
Don't go blind. It can became a misadventure.
And be careful, always pay attention on what you are drinking. One of the common mistakes is leave your drink unattended and the girl put some drug in it.
If you take her to your hotel room or place, hide you valuables, or put them in a safe.
That said, you can choose a girl in a clinica and ask her to go out with you. Some of them will agree, others not.
Usually if you meet in advance you don't have to pay barfine for the house, as long as you wait for her shift to end. Most clinicas close by 10 pm so it is not a big problem.
Remember that most girls don't speak English.
