Okay, it's Day 7 now. Crazy. Time flies. The Tinder girl was fantastic but had her leave after 2. 5 days. I got sick of the translation app all the time. But no complaints whatsoever. Definitely do recommend Tinder / bumble over Seeking. Seeking is not worth it in Colombia I do recommend Haven Hotel, though. Have met several travelers on the Rooftop Bar at Haven Hotel with great connections for ladies and other things in Medellin. They allow 1 guest per 25 hours or it's an additional 125 k for additional guests. Oh, I can't say I recommend any clubs / restaurants directly around Parque Llares. There's the big restaurant at the corner at the entrance of the park. Well I sit down and literally nobody comes for 10 minutes (and the place is not busy). So I walk up to the guy and he wants to charge me 30 k for a tiny beer (half the size of a normal beer). Well, the restaurant has good views of the park, so I take out my card and he says "no card" and then I take out a 100 k bill (all I had) and he says "no change". Which is all bullshit of course. Dude didn't like me because I'm a gringo is my opinion. It's the biggest restaurant in the park and they have no change for 100 k? I stared the dude down hard knowing what was up and left. Would not ever go there again and recommend you don't, as well.

Sorry, not the best report, but it's 6:41 am, I'm a bit hungover, but wanted to provided some recent boots to the ground updates nonetheless.

I know where you are coming from because I had the john mindset too. I did the shit tests and unlike in the USA, the women were showing real interest in me, and it confused me. So you are saying if the women pass the short term shit tests and show interest in you beyond $, then they are playing the long term con. As short term as American hookers are, Colombian women because of their circumstances are 100 X more likely to be short term oriented. The principle of Marianismo is that the Colombian women unlike American women do not wear their victimhood on their sleeves. Because of that principle, the Latin men get away with more than virtually any other race. The most sought after men in Colombia are not loyal. Of all the men I met, there may have been one I would say has not been with other women when married, and I am not even sure about him.

There is no point in arguing about it. I would have denied what I am saying here 15 years ago and been angry at someone bringing it up. Look at the women I am fucking. Look at the great sex I have. Thing is banging hot women was enough for a while. It is just that the quick walk of shame women do when they are done after having sex for money took away the positive feelings I had of having sex. The hooker experience was as satisfying as fast food. It fills a need, but I did not feel good when I was done. I did not want that feeling anymore.

It was more like one in five that gave me the impression they did not want payment. Hell, I had one who tried to give me my money back. Just normal chicks that do not need to be paid. So I do have lasting connections that are not built on money or underwear. Some people that give underwear.

It is just silly because it is not within your control. You can't dictate what other guys will do. Just focus on what you want to do, see the girls that you want to see and pay what you can afford to pay. Now I know some of you will say well, these idiots are ruining the market. I would say the market is big enough to still see the type of girls that you like for the price that you want to pay. However, it is true that sometimes you have to recognize that the prices you paid a few years ago are not longer market rates and you need to adapt.
