If you are arriving at Clark, the service is free, but you should tip the driver a few hundred peso. If you are arriving in Manila, ABC can also arrange a car for you, but you have to pay for it. Email reception at ABC for details and they can also arrange your pickup in either location. I would not even mess with a taxi if arriving at Clark, given the ABC service, they will just try to rip you off. In Manila they have a taxi stand and they quote a standard rate, which by my memory is cheaper than the ABC rate, but at 4 AM in the morning, don't know the number of taxi they will have waiting around.

No worries at all about taxis being available at any time in Manila, especially if planes are arriving or departing.

I had forgotten the price and asked the driver and he told me 500. I had come from cebu and was tired and just thought okay they really raised the price.
