A couple of weeks ago I waited 2 hours in a line to the bathrooms on the Mexican side. Only 4 agents then. The CBP web site is pure BS. Quality wasn't that good. Don't know how they are now with capacity limited to 30% for the next couple of weeks. There's others around town that you would need to drive, taxi or Uber to. Haven't been to any of those lately.
