That is dangerous and a person may even loose his life. As these tablets increase your Blood pressure. Also be cautious about the dosage you take. You should not take excessive dosage. Just remember, substituting 1 tablet of 50mg with two tablets of 25mg is not recommended. If you are a heart patient, or taking Nitrate in your medicines, avoid these tablets or take a proper medical advise before taking it. (See a very old report on the effect of Penegra which was published in TOI below.

The police also refused to comment if Jain had sexual intercourse before death.
Aggarwal said Penegra was often used by men over the age of 40. The drug was popular with diabetes patients with erectile dysfunction. 'But heart patients who had intercourse after consuming a Penegra stood a risk of an attack as they usually are not up to such hectic activity, ' he said.
A potency drug encourages a sexually inactive person to suddenly grow in confidence. 'The heart patient may then tend to overdo things and suffer a heart attack, ' said Aggarwal.
The heart specialist said the situation was similar to the one in which a heart patient not used to hectic exercise collapses if he works hard on a treadmill or does vigorous dancing, especially after a meal. The medical term for the dangerously irregular beating of the heart is arrhythmia, said Aggarwal.
Aggarwal said Penegra clashes with some heart medicines, like the nitrates, and causes low blood pressure. In such cases, a patient does not die of nasal bleeding but heart failure.

After long time & several attempts I had visited NL around 7:30 PM. We both were welcomed and made to sit in a small room where supposedly the girls were to be paraded for us. 2 Girls were called first Sheela, a 8/10 and second Arti, a 7/10 both were available for 2200.
