The goal is to share useful and, I would dare say, even entertaining reports. All should be encouraged to contribute. And to make a field report count when they do. Maybe some don't care about names ever, but most of us do. And just for the record, when I go on mongering trip I never go looking for a specific girl who somebody has reported on here.
