Before 21 the parent can still sue you on behalf of the girl for kidnapping.

Unless you got caught red handed or she stay with your for couple of days, usually not a big deal in Indonesia.

If you got caught, the main concern is the parents.

I remember staying at a GF's house in Depok, her parents found out and sent the police around. She was 26 at the time. Major hassle. I had another GF, she was in the process of getting a divorce, her lawyer made a big fuss about her staying at my place, she said if the husband found out and sent the police it would be a major issue. I guess it all depends on the level of social outrage and the location of the act. If you're in a nice apartment or hotel with good security, you're unlikely to get any grief. It's safe enough, but you will need to book a table first if you are going there otherwise there will be nowhere to sit other than the back corner where you can't see anything. And I think you may need to buy a bottle to reserve a table. The times I've gone there it's mostly locals aged in their 20's spending a fortune on bottles of alcohol. Not my scene.
