There are roughly 3 different perspectives on price shown. The first are the men who refuse to pay the price. Next are the men pay the asking price and they usually get all the girls, including the hottest ones. The last one are the men who get some of the girls but paid half. LOL.
The closest thing to the high end clubs in Brazil probably is La Isla which has been mentioned too. It has room on site but it's more a strip club setup. The price is fixed. It is more like a clip joint. You won't find the high end classy clubs that you would find in Brazil. There are exactly 2 clubs that you can find 100 girls and they both are in Sao Paulo.

It has an attached hotel and restaurant too.

Maybe it is just his fantasy to see them. All that leads to is decision paralysis. Gets down to this one needs to be 1 inch taller. Or that one should not have that mark right there. Soon he will be saying there was nothing he liked out of the 100 he wanted to see.

Does such a thing exist in Medellin or Colombia? .[/QUOTE]As someone who has been to Medellin and Sao Paulo quite a bit, I'd say Fase II is the closest that you'll get to a Scandallo or Casarao (with rooms), although still a far cry from them.
Fase II is fundamentally a strip club, but it has evolved to be higher end than it used to be a less in your face. There are generally 60-80 girls, usually quite attractive, and there are rooms (actually 'south beach' style cabanas) onsite in the building next door. I haven't been in 2+ years, but it's a nice set up. Essentially a higher end strip club, but not all girls dance and most will socialize around, chat with you, kiss, lap dances, etc. They have leather couches / chairs, and you can buy a bottle for a reasonable amount, at least you used to be able to. The girls all dress similarly, but other than that there is generally a good variety. The music is decently load and people will frequently dance in the corners on busy nights. Lastly, prices are fixed. So in that way it's different from SP Clubs.

I heard there was an operation that went on the in the parque?
What happened and did it scare any chicas away or was everything as normal?
I was not there. Those operations in and around Parque Lleras are regular events. The police rout minors (there is a still a curfew for them), confiscate drugs, and pose for the cameras.

I guess a way to help understand why such clubs don't exist in Colombia is to consider how much higher the populations are in Mexico and Brazil.

Sao Paulo metro area: 22 million.
Medellin metro area: 4 million.
Sao Paulo's population is 5. 5 times larger than Medellin's.

The average salary in Brazil is $21,000 / yr versus $13,000 / yr in Colombia and this is even more pronounced if you look at Sao Paulo versus Bogota or Medellin.
Colombia is basically run by 5-10 families depending on who you talk to.. not much flows down. Brazil, while still being Latin and having a concentration of wealth, is more socialist and diverse in terms of income distribution.

Overall I would like to just see the same 2-3 girls and try some of the notable casas mentioned here.
Lastly is it out of line to tell any girl that I bring back to my spot that I need to search their belongings to make sure they don't have scopolamine or anything like that on them?

This is a culture that values respect quite highly. The girls all want to be treated like ladies. Now taking a photo of their cedula next to their face and letting that upload to the cloud might be a better security step (but I've never done it). I think just being hyper aware is probably enough to not get drugged; as we are talking about a minority of girls, low probability, that is mostly focused on the idiots who aren't paying attention. Your instincts will pay off. Girls offering too good a financial deal? Be careful. If you make yourself a harder target, they don't bother with you, they go to an easier one. BTW, Plaza Botero area has hourly hotel rooms if you are going to play in that area. Not sure I'd bring those choices back to Poblado (bringing broke ass girls back to rich dude area).
I think the guys who do it best come off as 'retired in Medellin' type gringos. So, they don't seem to have a lot of money, seem to know the land, etc. They may not, but if perceived that way, then they have an easier time getting treated better and not demanding tourist prices. You see those being able to walk the most local areas and no one bats an eye. This is why I always advise to 'dress like a local' and leave brand name clothing and watches and such back home.
Any other advice is different by your preference or situation. If you are planning to go to casas initially, get the WhatsApp of any girl you like and connect with. Then invite her out for dinner and play outside the casa. It's more money for them and they love making a connection, they are all from a culture of respect and a deep desire to find Mr. Right. So even hinting at liking a girl gets them all interested. They prefer to make a single guy 'date' that is enjoyable than seeing 4-6 guys in a single day at a casa. This is how I met some of my regulars.

Thing is they can't do anything about the adult local girls (which is the bulk of the girls at the park). Once they filter out the minors or illegal Venezuelan girls. The rest can hang there legally all they want, they can talk to gringos all they want, and they can have dates with the guys all they want (remember, prostitution is legal). The local girls know it too. It probably scares more away the gringos, so it thins things out temporarily, but it then picks right back up once they move on (such operations are not sustainable due to the cost). I talked to one local girl already and she said many just moved into the clubs, which she isn't a fan of, because they charge the girls money to enter.
