I pay $100 less for an hour at a FS shop sometimes even cheaper.

Sydney has an abundance of RnT shops and you can go FS depending on the ML etc. At 100 / hr less tips.

Melbourne has legal restrictions on RnT and its well documented and trickier. Whilst many Sydney RnT shops are licensed for FS.
