A recent line that I wrote elsewhere, reminded me of an old joke which might cheer up those poor, typhoon battered Angelitos.
One-eyed monger in Angeles loses his glass eye. So he goes to Ace hardware to see if he can get a replacement. All out of glass eyes, he is told, but we have a wooden one. This will have to do until I get home, he thinks, and buys one.

How bad is the flooding? Will I be able to get from Manila to AC easily?

I wouldn't say your experience is all that abnormal, to be honest. It seems like many of the younger girls (18/19 especially) either do not like to suck dick, or in some instances, just refuse to suck dick. And it doesn't have anything to do with the specific bar. You can probably find a girl like that in any of the bars in this town.

I would recommend asking in the bar. These girls like to pretend they're not hookers, but they are. Never forget that.
You might want to check out Niftys and Rio Club out on a small side street of Perimeter. Most of the girls in these clubs seem to be three holers; *they* offered me anal. The quality in these bars is low, but there are a couple decent ones. Barfine is 1200 PHP.

From what I read, the weather should be ok for Friday travel as its just passing showers. The threat of severe weather is possible on Sunday, but by that time you should be in AC.

I did read all the previous post but as you can see from my original post, I was just answering a post from fellow member Ekspat as he was confused by the different names. I was just pointing out that I was initially confused myself as I had thought it was 2 different storms but finally figured out it was not. Only making fun of the fact that only PI will do something different with storm names.

Yeah, finally a day with no rain in AC (no sun either but at least no rain)
Went to Perimeter 1st today, and went all the freakin way out to Friendship just to see what was out there and went into Jolly Frogs. It was 5pm and I was the only one there. Place was dead. Saw 1-2 cute ones so decided to stay for a beer despite the place not having AC on. Pointed to one chick to come down from the stage and join me. Bought her a LD and talked for about 10min (the usual BS-where I'm from and where she's from etc etc)
Developed an interest in her (name is Marie) and ask to BF her. Mama came over and said no chicks can go out with customers? I said WTF is going on. I heard some bars can't technically BF a chick so figure it might be one of those bars that have to buy like 10 LDs to make up a BF and again she said No. Can't take out any chicks here. Could only sit at bar and talk to them.
Hell, I'm not paying just to talk so walked out.
I'd always heard Jollys could BF but guess they changed their rules due to the recent crackdown. Too bad as I said, there were a few cuties there.

Which airlines has flights from bangkok to angeles city, or any airport that is close to?
There are flights fom BKK to manila. Try air asia but they will take all day t o get there. You can usually book a flight once in BKK as long as you are there a day or 2.
I am looking to rent a furnished apartment in AC for 1 or 2 months in early 2011. 1 or 2 bedrooms, good neighborhood, security, nice, kitchen, etc. Can you all provide some advice and direction? Thanks
