One good quality condom is sufficient and having a double increases the risk.

Its always safe to use 1 good condom as 2 condoms are always risky as they get easly slipped if used 2 condoms and have pressured foreplay.

I've seen many FRs where fellow mongers mention damages as 100 (Condi Boy).

Apologies for a naive question; what are these charges? Do you pay somebody to get a condom for Rs. 100? Isn't that too much for a condom? If not, what are these charges?
