I visited Brazil for the first time last month and I was very impressed by Scandallo. Wish I'd have done it sooner. Also been to FKKs a lot, FKK Sharks being my favorite. It is expensive relatively but I like these places because they're very straight forward, you can just hop on a flight and show up and girls will do the rest, even if you only speak English you'll be fine.
I'm very interested in Medellin and read a lot of reports.
Are there any straight forward / beginner friendly places in Medellin? I'm looking for good quality, quantity, less scam, negotiation hassles because I don't speak Spanish. Money isn't an issue.
My understanding is in Parque Lleras and El Centro there are many beautiful girls on the street and I just point and say how much and we go to my hotel, is that it? On the street seems scary.
Does Medellin have any high end clubs or brothels? I'm not able to fuck in rundown places.

Don't go expecting to find something similar to Scandallo or the FKKs or you'll be disappointed. You can certainly have a great time in MDE, but the places you mentioned are just so exceptional in the kind of experience you can have.
Energy Spa is generally a solid casa. I wouldn't even bother with the Centro casas if you're concerned about facilities.

Accomodation:
Took Peoples advice and booked Energy Living or anywhere that had the words "Security" and "Guest friendly" in the AriBnb reviews.
I was inspired by YYZ Travel. The man writes excellent reports and I can only hope to meet him one day. I really wanted to go to the Marriot since it was dirt cheap on points but held back at the thought of being Scolped (more on that later).
Energy living and Nock Living was where I stayed.
Room With Hot Tubs on the Balcony.
Cost: $150 USD a day on average.
I like energy living becasue there is a resturant on the ground floor and you can meet the girls and have a drink and "Interview them" if you are getting them from Fotoprepagos or Seeking.
It is also the coolest building and theres an ATM and money exchange place down the street in the Interplza mall. Used Uber and Indrive for transport. Indrive can be half the cost sometimes.
I did spend a day in the Nutibara hotel and it reminded me of the cheap Tijuana hotels. I was denied the presidential suite even though I booked it so that left a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry WT69, it not my cup of tea.
Maps by WT69 were helpful.
Non-Pros-.

Get a drink and the girls come up to you. You pick one. Its 400 k. Went with Ana. Blond. Nuru massage and then Sex was GFE. I came so good I gave her 100 k tip.
Amigas Sexy- I really liked this place. The girls arent going to be as hot as Loutron but the service was good and cheap. At 120 K COP per hour plus 50 k tip for the BBBJ you can't go wrong. I could get head all day. I seriously considered staying there from when they open 10 am until 8 pm and just have the girls rotating giving me head. Would run around $400 for the whole day but would be great.
El Centro / Plaza Botero:
Since my luggage was delayed from FKK land to Medellin I had to go cloths shopping.
There are a lot of venezuelans here. The venezuelan girls are hot but also want more $$ and IMHO are more likely to drug you.
The setup in Plaza Botero is similar to Tijuana but the girls werent that hot. I met a venezuelan spinner that was working there with her sister and almost made a 3 some happen back at my place with 2 sisters.

As a Pharmacist here are my tips:
Pep / Prep only if you're going to go BBFS but why risk it? Plus side effects suck.

Doxy- I should have taken but didn't since I don't really do BBFS. I probably should have because after I got tested I had ureaplasma. Often not checked. It just a bacterial overgrowth of the regular flora or can be an STD. Was prescribed doxy after.
Scolpalamine is an anti cholinergic. If you're really worried about being drugged you can try to find Phyostigmine or Rivastigmine (Exelon patch) which are cholinergics and can reverse scolp. Narcan to reverse narcotics. You probably won't be abel to get flumazenil to reverse benzos.
But.
Staying in a hotel with good security saves a lot of headache. So I didn't buy any of those things.

Here are some park dynamics I noticed.
When it's raining there are less people (obviously). The girl go into the clubs or go to the restaurants nearby or don't come at all.
Most girls want 400 k. I only had one charge me 500 k in glow (bbl, fake boobs, skinny, face not that great) I didn't go with her but I see her around. I found other girls who look better and of similar build for 400 k.
It's always the same girls every single day. Some show up only sometimes (those are usually the hottest, maybe that's just survivorship bias (I only notice they are not there because they are hot)). The best time to be there is after 10 to after 11 pm when it's not raining. In their opinion, the entrance fee filters out the really desperate girls and since they check-ID, it filters out minors or illegals (no cedula).
