It can be done from HK with no much hassle. You take him to Rio and he will have the time of his life.
If he is a high roller you can have take a daytime helicopter flight to Macau and back with a late night boat, book first class with Turbijet as they might be well booked on a Sunday evening back to HK.

Would it be mostly the European & Latinas quoting those prices? Do they mostly congregate there or do they move on to other clubs when there is no business or do they stick to their location and drop their prices?

I hadn't been in Wanchai for a while on a Saturday night. I had a great time at Neptunes with Mary, a cute little Philippina that showed enough to look good and covered enough to be presentable back at the Marriott to make the walk of shame a bit less intimidating.
Price was 1600 For about an hour and a half, plus a few bucks that I spent on food for us. She was great and I was happy, although I'm glad to know that she'll be at her employers place tonight when I head on back to see who else is there.

Yes. South Asians were quoting those prices.
Some ladies will not walk for less than 2000. No chance at all. There is a hard-core of ladies who only go to Escape. This is so they can get the business traveller who may happy to pay a higher price.
Some ladies go to both Escape and Makati.
Neptune 3 tends to have ladies who only go to that bar.
Makati girls usually end up in neptune 2. Some only go to Makati. Makati has a more party atmosphere / less professional feel.
Summing up.
Escape. Has the most latina's. Can be up to half. Hope your Spanish is good. Most of the rest are South Asians. Latina's may charge a bit more.
Neptune 3. Mainly Filipina. Some Indo / Vietnamese.
Makati. Mainly Indonesian. Some Filipina's.
Neptune 3. Mainly south Asian. Always Thai's. A few Latina's.
