I have a 1 day layover in Panama City. I really liked La Bocaterana the last time I was there and hope it is still open. Golden Time and the Blue Grotto opened up much later in the day. Are there any good places open in the morning / early afternoon?

I am planning my first trip to Panama, and wanted all of your help.
Planning to stay at the W hotel. I like to stay in a nicer hotel / room, so thought of doing that. Also, I have heard they don't have chica fee. Is that right?
My night time plan is to go to Habanos, Alejandros Marriott's casino to pull girls. Any other recommendations for the best Colombian girls?
My day time plan is to pull some escorts out of panescorts. Is there a separate website where I can see their reviews? How do I know I am not getting scammed? Also came across euro escort girls website and it seemed to have some great models there. Again, don't know how to verify these girls and not get scammed. I've gotten better at it and my success rate the last two years of a pretty good.
Get a WhatsApp number and have them send you some FaceTime photographs. If they're not as advertised you won't hear from them. Your Spanish will be of very much use. They like to talk.
You'll get much better rates for daytime then you will For late night.
Another comment. Some of them do not stay on there very long they get some pretty weird responses and it scares them away. So don’t hesitate to contact and get a number.

You will find a lot of Colombian WG in seeking panama but if you hunt nicely it's a paradise. I had student, doctor, banker, office receptionist you name it and I had it. One of the most memorable experience and then the W hotel where I was staying they upgraded me to there penthouse suite which was another level and absolutely crazy on the top floor with all glass windows and crazy view of the Panama Canal with the bath tub in the living room.
W has a coffee shop on the G floor towards the habanos exit side and it is where I met all the seeking women, treat them nice coffee, food some BS talk about Dubai and then the lifts go straight up to the room no ID in the reception no calls by staff. It was a beautiful time in PTY in the W hotel some beautiful and life remembering memories and that also during COVID.

I will be visiting Panama next month and planning to spend 5 nights there. Ofcourse, will be heading to the usual pickup spots of Habanos / Marriott's casino etc. Will be staying at W hotel (which I have heard is guest friendly).
I do prefer seeing some of the non-pros I. E. Not a huge fan of hardened working girls.
I see below that folks are recommending Seeking arrangements as a good way to line up some of those girls, which I plan to.
My question: Is Facebook a thing in Panama city for lining up girls? In medellin, I have used it extensively to line up the girls before I arrive, and works really well. Wondering if that's a thing in Panama as well and girls on there will be open to having a discussion on setting up dates?

I got a hotel within walking distance of Habanos and sadly, it is still locked up. The walls are plastered with renovation signs, but others have said it is still undergoing issues with problems dealing with immigration.
