I will check out Siem Reap early 2018. No plans to see Phnom Penh for now. Angkor Wat has been on my must do list. Being a single guy, maybe I will get some nice attention in the Spa / Massage. Still trying to decide on a hotel. Maybe hotel that offers in room massage, as well as an on site Spa. Have read many good reviews, but the problem is that looking for reviews with a google search, it is 95 percent Tripadvisor content (nothing sensual or sexual).

There are low end place all over PP back in 2002 my first Viet girl cost me 5 usd for FS no BJ, if you go to svap pak 11 km outside of town even cheaper as low as 4 usd but those days are over.

I was told by a friend the following. You need to tip for get extras. For 10 K riel, you just get a massage. Not all girls will do everything. You need to talk to them. Obviously, the tip requirements will be a lot less than the hostess bars.
Girls will probably not speak English. Girls will probably be ugly. But it might be fun to try to talk to them using hand signs.
I'm on a budget, but I am not that desperate.

In PP, I visited the bars on 104,130, and 136. I just had to mention to the girls that I was going to Siem Reap, and I had a number of offers from girls who wanted to travel with me. My suggestion is to first find a girl that you like, take her for a night and see how you get along. Make sure that your room has a safe and you should be fine. If you got along well with the girl then ask her if she wants to travel with you. Remember most girls will expect to be paid their overnight rate regardless whether you have sex or not. You can negotiate this a bit if she will be with you multiple days.
Started off about 8 pm in St 51 at the old Golden Soriya Mall area. A few semi doable FL's here offering FS for $20 usd. Apparently there is a ST room inside the complex somewhere for $3 usd. Girls look a bit skanky and drugged up so didn't partake.
The old Walkabout hotel has been demolished and is now a vacant lot. I tried to find the old Flamingo hotel but couldn't see it. Maybe it has been demolished too, or redeveloped into something flashier?
Continued on to the St 130 area. A massage chick offered me a $1 usd discount on a 1 hour $11 usd oil massage. Will have to try another day. Lots of chicks waiting at the bars outside for customers.
The promenade next to the Mekong was pretty deserted as it was around 9 pm. Two obvious trannies and one fat chick looking for customers. One of the trannies followed me up to the night market, and then gave up.
The road (st94) leading into what Phnom had quite a few freelancers, with some trannies in the mix. One chick offered up boom boom for $25 usd and pointed to a ST hotel down a side road. I kept walking and did a loop around the what. More FL's here, some doable. Back out towards Sisowath Quay, there was a cute looking FL chick on the cnr with st94 who offered up boom boom for $25 usd with a $5ST hotel nearby. I countered with $10. She came down to $20. No deal. I walked off. Looks like $20 usd is the price as she didn't call me back. Headed back to my guesthouse with the intention of hitting Massa the next night as a more salubrious choice.
