Actually, I have been using these sites for a while and reported a few times.

Agree with Medanboy. The chatting thing helps breaking the ice. With some it will go as far as showing body, play etc on cam. Most of the times at their request in fact. There are some seedy looking hotels pretty close to stadium that may well cost little more than $30, but is pretty close to the bottom of the barrel in Jakarta. For that price, you could properly get a simple air-conditioned room in the backpacker zone in Jalan Jaksa. Oddly enough, the ratbag hotels like that are usually the ones most likely to kick up a fuss about you taking a girl back.

There's my hotel infront of LTC / Suncity and they offer good deal on hotel.

There also tune hotel and hotel 88 around mangga besar and pasa baru.

None of them is walking distance to stadium though.
