I thought the exact same thing when I read those reports. Still not convinced this is not the case, if you're staying an hour most girls in other clubs don't mind investing in a bit of massage time. If you go over the 30 min mark, you have to pay another 50 EUR and the next half hour is included. This is what the pictograms in the rooms try to show, even if they get mistaken.
