A day before travelling, and because I did not have much sleep the previous days, I decided to have a good relax in an AMP.

I remember Sandy Shoes was the most famous and reviewed spa here, but suddenly there isn't any post about it for a very long time.

I am staying up the road from here in a few weeks and thought I would pop in when I arrive to unwind after the travel, but its likely to be about 4 am or would I be wasting my time with the talent then any thoughts would be much appreciated. There will of course be a FR regardless of my first port of call.

Since the spa is in a Office tower, I don't think it will be open and accessible at 4 AM. But hey, this is Dubai you never know The best would be to ask them.

I think for 24 h spa, you can head to Tecom or Business Bay and you'll find more open business at that time of the day.

No Frills was always a good backstop option and YY, as reported often, good value.
