I just came in to KL and the first impressions of the city are WOW....the number of pretty women is just amazing. I have not put my time reading the forum in-depth yet but I have a feeling that my hotel Piccolo is in the middle of entertainment district, with lots of clubs around.
Tomorrow is Sunday and I am on a purely tourist trip, this time. Will love to meet someone local and chat around what KL has to offer.

I don’t want to repeat information that is already well known to everybody, so I will be very short. In 2008, posted several reports, which were appreciated by many. I think that most information I wrote then is still valid.
BEACH CLUB
It's still the main place where to meet girls. I think they must have some good "relationship" with police officers, because other bars do not have so many working girls. Price: 50RM (2 drinks) on weekends, or 30RM (1 drink). The odd thing here and in other places on P.Ramlee is that you have to decide what to drink at the entrance, when you pay the cover.
BC is currently flooded by Vietnamese girls. There are also some Philipinas, Cambodian, Thai, 3-4 black African and even 2 English (1 tall blonde). Vietnamese girls are very good looking, but they are like plastic. Very professional in bed, forget any GFE. I prefer to pick girls who look not so good, but offer more commitment.
My choice was a Pinay. I am looking her photo now. She is really not the best looking Pinay you can meet in BC, but she was the hottest girl I could meet. I asked her to promise to be my "pet" and to be open to anything, and she kept her promise. She never complained, regardless of how nasty my requests were. I confess that I have been bad. Lovely report....I was also stopped by a few providers near the massage parlours on Jalan Bukit Bintang. How do they normally work, as a commision agent for bigger houses or do they operate their own business with their own supply of girls?

(I assume you are not talking about the Chinese girls who call people in front of massage parlours on J. B. Bintang, or nearby on Sultan Ismail. I talk about men who approach foreign men on the street)
My impression is that many of them work for the same big "company". I tried a few of them.
Some of them will take you to massage parlours like A1 or Green Elephant (Executive Health is the keyword).
I guess these houses pay a lot of money to somebody, otherwise it would not be explicable why they are still open after years of operation (no, this is not a secret).
Basically, they are legitimate spas, managed by Chinese, where the agent brings a parade of girls to choose among to the interested customer. An intricate system of rooms, stairs and corridors make the place very difficult to bust: if you enter from the door, there are still many ways to exit if you know where to go.
I tried once. Place clean and safe. No attempt to scam. The girl was a good-looking young PRC, but the service was extremely mechanical and professional (you know already the sequence of steps that the girl will take: wash, lick nips, suck, etc. etc.). I like more GFE, if I can find.
Others will call girls by phone. You describe what you want and in 10-15 mins a car driven by a Chinese and full of girls will come. You choose and you go. You pay the driver. 1 year ago the price was as low as 150RM, but now I could not get anything for less than 230. Many of these girls do not speak a word of English. My understanding is that they come from a pool of 100 girls or so (I think about the cloud from where comets fall to the Sun, once in a while). I asked many times to be allowed to see the big group (do they stay in a big house??), but they alwasy told me "impossible".
The money is shared among the agent, the boss(es) and the girl, so I think the girl does not get more than 50. I leave a tip.
Honestly, I've never been disappointed with these girls. They may even be GFE. However, the last times I always called my trusted agent. It is in his interest to keep a customer, so I hope he sends me the best he may get.
BC has the advantage to let you talk with many and then to choose, but there are many sharks there, so I often left the club to call the agent and have some fresher girl to entertain me.
My advice is to try a few agents, until you dont establish some relationship and you dont find a good one. Please note that, even with this one, I sent back the first car of girls about 50% of times, hoping in a better choice. The first girls who were sent to me, one week ago, were claimed to be 18yo PRC, but one of them looked 25-30. Dont be afraid to reject the first choice and ask more, if you dont like. After all, you pay and it is not cheap.

Kamagra a lot more difficult to find here. Its here but more difficult to find, unless you know a pharmacist.
