Just look at countries like Cuba and Venezuela and you will see there is a vast difference between the have and have nots with virtually no middle class.
When I was in cucuta I was Audi A4's with tinted windows with Venezuela plates and at the same time there were vennies on la septima fucking me for 25 mil and I asked how could it be that I saw an newer looking audi A4 with Venezuela plates with the situation the way it is in Venezuela and she told me that it was government workers / families of government who have cars like that.
Atleast in the capitalist countries you have more of a Middle class and there are more people who can own a car and not just government workers.
