My two cents (pun intended) on the revenues of girls. You cannot think about this just based on 30 minutes rates with the "normal" behavior (in the context of Switzerland) of customers (like me) that spend a few hundreds francs at each visit with a few hours between the rooms and maybe some seeplis, or even better gelato in the garden of the Freubad. There are a few people that are spending load of money in clubs, booking girls for 5 or more hours. These people buy extras, they spend on champagne (and not just one bottle), they tip their favorite girls, they make gifts. I thought I was nice when I was rounding the final bills to give money to some girls, but when one of them told me a customer had just offered her a (two years old) high-end luxury car because he was buying a new one, I understood that I was playing the game at a very different level. Contrary to what some contributors think about the clubs being just a (their definition of) beauty contest, the girls that have this type of customers might not be their "10", but they have other qualities. They speak German (or even better understand Swiss German), they have the social / psychological skills to entertain a (mostly old) guy during many hours of meetings where sex plays only a minimal role. And they have patience, a lot of it. Imagine being a girl that spend 7 hours in a room listening to Mr Sirioja talking about his skiing and cycling trips or how Oase was so much better in 2018. Then you will think that with 40'000 francs a month, this girl is underpaid; O) (sorry Mr S. , I had to find an example understandable by the forum members.) All my inside stories come from "countryside" clubs, but if you have friends that are dentists, doctors or owners of a small company in these areas, you know they are already fairly good with revenues. Transposing this to the wealthy Zurich where you add managers of large banks, insurances or multinationals to these positions, I imagine the pool of money for this type of heavy spending is even bigger. As a reminder, the former CEO of the Raifeisen bank managed to include 200'000 CHF of sex-related activities in his expense reports. So a girl might not reach 40'000 every month, but it doesn't seem to be such an extraordinary number for me.

In Globe it's basically the same (financial) situation as elsewhere in the Clubscene. Around 25% of the girls make heaps of money (30/40 K pro Month at Globerates is very reasonable for those 25%, some even more reaching 50 K). 50% of the girls will be making something like 15 to 25 K pro month and the other 25% will be happy if the get around 15 K. Still a fairly lucrative job by any means.
In most German Clubs which are dealing with inflation-rates (most clubs apart from NRW-area), meaning 100 E /30 min, 150 or 200/60 min it's basically likewise. The 25% making around 25/35 K, 50% making 15/25 K and 25% happy if they reach 10/15 K. Still a fairly lucrative job by any means and surely the top-25% of the girls won't e tempted to go to (some) Swiss clubs where they are being treated like cattle and having to obey to all the (partly stupid or ridiculous) rules and being forced to deliver a standard minimum-service to ALL clients, even those which they detest heavily!! And / or being forced to be fucked in public for the pleasure of both the voyeurs and the obnoxious ones on some days. Not even mentioning that in almost all German clubs the girls are pretty much "free" to come and go as they like, take days free as wished / preferred and certainly not having to obey to the planning made by clubs&clubmanagers treating them like McDo-employees partly.
