Actually probably ShaanXiBeiLu is closest to you. Head over there and check out the cross streets mentioned; ChangPingLu, ChangShouLu, KanDingLu. That whole area has a bunch. People have reported on AnyuanLu and ChangdeLu, although I have never been. I have been WuZhongLu, and it's good there, check it out if you don't mind cabbing a bit further.
