I take 1 of 2 paths when it comes to accommodation: luxury hotel or airbnb. When comparing apples to apples, I always felt like I got more for less in Montreal.

Food: It's a wash. Totally depends on where you eat. It can be high or low in both places.

Trans: the pound conversion always kills me, but both cities are really easy to get around in. I prefer London for options to get around. I usually rent a car in Montreal which gives you alot more options for getting around. I wouldn't drive in London. Just my opinion.

The hobby: Totally depends on how you engage the hobby (Strip clubs / AMP / outcall / GFE session / sex party, etc) and how many girls you want to bang. In general, you will spend less in Montreal.
