Harmony has been around for a long time, but the English site is new, guess they are feeling the recession too. For those of you who have not tried KDH, I refer you to this excellent post by Basementcello. So he's good on that front. As for the safety issue, I've done it before with other places. It's fairly safe. You give them your info and then they will bring a paper for you to sign.
