I finally found a woman who agreed to BBFS, but she said she won't take cash, only transcash tickets. Is this a known scam? It seems like a scam. There was a similar scam when I was in Tokyo. They would say they can't take cash for sex because it would be prostitution, but they could take a card worth cash because it's basically a layer of obfuscation or something. I believe the scam was that you would have to meet them in public to give them the card, they would immediately load the card onto their phone so that you couldn't take it back, and then they'd just leave. Maybe this woman was legit, but it seemed similar enough.
Again, I didn't end up meeting her, but I'll put her ad here for everyone just in case this actually is just a thing here.
