OK, after 6 days in CTG I am able to provide a market price update.
Prices are consistently lower than on my last time here some months ago. Buyers market: a good number of girls are still around, but almost no men with money in the wallet. I have seen some girls trying her luck even with loser backpackers in Cl. de la Media Luna, who barely offer a beer, imagine to pay for a girl.
LDV
Here it's a place of its own. Girls are not stunners, but they think they are the best in town. Lots of silicon. Standard fee is 300k for 1 hour (that is 1 shot), which in some cases can be bargained down to 200k (and the girl thinks she's doing a favor to you).
Never ask for TLN (500k-600k?) but in case offer some extra if she is keen to stay at your apt. and she's really nice with you.
Best hours is 11 pm-12:30 am.
My recommendation is to avoiod this place. LDV is for gringos who have USA prices in their mind and they think 500k is a bargain (it would be a gift, if they were still in Texas, but not in Colombia).
And 90% of patrons there are from USA indeed. Those who rent an apartment in Laguito, eat at Riquisimo, go to Playa Hollywood, and restrict their experience of life in CTG, day and night, to this 500 m radius without daring to extend their scope.
Much nicer girls can be found in Centro. Not to mention that the same LDV girls after 3am will be available at Space or Opera for less.
PLAZA DEL RELOY
Here best girls usually ask for 200k at first, which can be bargained down to 150k in many cases. Also several girls will ask for 150k or even 100k (no, not the 90%: it depends on their style and look. I usually ask only best looking ones). Just a warning: I know at least two of them who will try to steal something or make troubles. Exercise you max caution in keeping the 6th sense alerted and take only girls who you trust.
There is a group of 4-5 average-looking girls who look always depressed and not talkative at all, who sit on the benches outside going to Caponera or stay at Reloy. They are good girls indeed. They ask 100k.
I brought 4 of them to my apartment, offering 150k to one (she asked 100k originally) to sleep in my large bed with me and keeping all others to sleep on sofas in the main room. They enjoyed the air condition and the nice place (they usually sleep all together in a hot room of a sleazy hotel with not even a fan).
SPACE and OPERA

These after-hour places collect all girls from other places and street, when the night is ending and they are still free (or have done 1 shot already but want another).

Opera is managed by the old hero Aldo and takes most girls out of LDV. It's always much less populated then Space.
Space can be really crowded at 4am. Prices vary a lot, depending on who are the girls. I've been asked 250k-150k. Warning: since this place is a collector of everyone from any place, you should be careful and try to understand if the girl is reliable or not. Many girls are too oriented to drug to suit my taste.
I found two jewels however: two friends from Medellin, who look average but gave me an outstanding GFE experience of friendship and even lesbo passion in my bed. 200k for the 2.
Christmas
Should I remind something obvious? All girls are leaving this weekend to go back home to spend Christmas with their families. Yes 100% agree with Blackpages assessment and review of LDV. I was there 2 weeks ago and went every night 5 nights straight (didn't stay the whole time) but I was not impressed at all with the quality of girl at all in there. 3 months ago I went and found consistent 8-8.5's in there on a nightly basis. But one thing was that you usually get the college girls from Barranquilla who "moonlight" on weekends but I just did not see that this time. Oh yeah I did happen to run into a super cute girl that was on the outside bench when I was leaving one night. Pure luck. In fact she commented how fucking lucky she was. When I asked her how much, I think one of 2 things happened. I was so fucking nervous it was ridiculous and I rarely get nervous anymore, PLUS the hugest thing was that her personality was off the charts. Amazing personality. I remember from my days when I would study PUA / Pick Up Artist Theory and one of the core truths is you can't treat a stunner any different than you treat a 7. In fact you have to be even more alpha and dominant as they are not use to that because guys bow to them. SO I walk back in that room and begin to change my night. Go right in for a make out and she's all over it (after all she thinks she's not pretty enough for me LOL). 30 minutes later old blue comes through and it was on. She was a FREAK in a good way. I sure as hell tipped her big time and said "I think I love you" LOL. 1 night later call her back and say want to hang out? She says Hell yeah. Comes over and its an even funner night since now I'm not nervous. Pay for 2 hours stayed for 4. And of course when it was all over the thought did cross my mind. "I think she's digging my scene" ha ha ha. that is the sign of a true pro GFE stunner. Actually I got lucky as I do believe her that she does not do this much and when she does super low profile as I'm sure this girl is in magazines and shows. She never said it. But I could tell she was trying to be modest. After this experience I did have 2 days left and I must say I had an extremely hard time not being even pickier than I was before. I will still go there in the next 3 months to see what the new group at LDV looks like. I think this time was a fluke as I've had massive success in the past there. Stopped in LDV the other night, didn't notice any other guys from the States, but did spot some obvious Europeans, as you can tell them from their whine! Buddy took a girl back and said he gave her 220 mil when she left the next morning. Talent level and number of women were down. Heard many of the girls running off pregnant with Italian guys to have their baby. Also much excitement about traveling to Europe without a visa. Hopefully that means less whining from our European amigos, LOL. Also, Aldo was restricted from LDV and only to be found at L'opera, when it's open, which has been spotty. But there are so many types of Europeans. My nick refers much to Not feeling as an European (Northern). I "never" whine, but I can imagine Many Europeans do, mostly based on insecurity. Better to whine than go to attack yourself and meet stiff defense or rugged (surprise) defense. Americans doesn't care about such stuff, while an Italian loosing his face in front of his friends or competitors is a mayor disaster. That cultural trait was then exported to Buenos Aires.
Many reports on CGT lately has been about lack of talent. 6 months ago I was considering of changing to change my HQ in Colombia from MDE since 2009 to CGT since the famous clubs, and some clubs unknown to most of us, digged up Camaro (report March-April 2013), in barrios with lower socioeconomic status, but the same level of talent to maybe 50-60%/ hs price. We must dig up his reports and then attack!
Reports where like that LDV had 30 modelesque girls, when the reporter entered, and only like 5-7 guys! Like Paradise. And that many of those girls live in fancy apartments in the "torres" "towers" in Boca Grande.
Now report tells us about 7 as standard, "the lack of talent" etc. Depressing news.
Can it be due to season?

My X-novia, which certainly was in love with me, also had this up-down-up impulses. Colombians lack a social filter, it's easy to make friends, and stay friends, but there are downsides to that cultural trait to! Being taken for Papa Noel (Santa Claus) is the most annoying.
Europeans being whiny! With an exchange rate of +3600 COP / 1€, it fells even more embarrassing.
What do you get in, a mayor city in France, GB or Italy for 200 mil COP, or even 400 mil COP. Not much, if anything at all!

There have been far too many epic nights to throw in the towel. But the over all vibe / talent level in LDV (my staple) from (3 weeks ago) from the time I went (3 months ago) was dramatic so why would that happen so fast? But this is the vacation time there were loads of tourists there so wouldn't that make it the best business opportunity for the ladies?.
