Review of Two Brunswick East Massage Shops
I visited Sakura Therapy recently. It's located at 387 Lygon Street, Brunswick East and its telephone number is 03 9388 9663. It's open from 10am to 10pm seven days a week. It charges $70 per hour for relaxation massage. The place is clean and well furnished. It plays Richard Clayderman piano music and this makes me feel like I'm trapped in an elevator. There are curtains for doors. My massage lady was called Tiffany. She was a quiet and friendly woman. She was in her mid 20s I would guess. She was really attractive, I would say about 7 out of 10. The massage was indifferent, I would say about 4 out of 10. I would recommend this place but I would choose someone else if I came back in the future.
I also visited Evergreen Traditional Chinese Massage recently. It's located at 85 Holmes Street, Brunswick East, which is a little further north than Sakura Therapy. Its trading hours are 10am to 8:30pm seven days a week. Its phone numbers are 03 9995 7166 and 0410 776 788. I passed it by chance and seeing the flashing LED "open" lights I nearly crashed the car when I decided on the spur of the moment to have a look inside. It's a new shop and freshly renovated. It has been open for about four months. While I was talking politely with the mamasan about prices and services, one of the massage ladies entered into the reception area half dressed and dishevelled looking. The mamasan growled at her something or other in Chinese to the effect that the massage lady quickly went back to her room. The girl who came out was nothing to look at (actually she was pretty ugly) but the little scene suggested to me that this place really deserves a return visit. I couldn't sample the place then because it was busy at the time.
So when I visit again there is a new massage lady working there. She's amazingly gorgeous. When I looked at her it seemed to me that she had just stepped out of a Hong Kong film. She was lovely. I would give her about 9 out of 10 for looks. The mamasan says she's really hopeless at massage and offers me someone much older and uglier, who she assures me, is an excellent masseur. I'm thinking with my little head and so of course I choose the gorgeous one. The cost is $65 for an hour of relaxation massage. The massage was abysmal, I would say 3 out of 10 and nothing more. Nevertheless she is a really sweet girl and I enjoyed her conversation. I can't recommend this place in all honesty. It's possible I may return in a few months and if my gorgeous massage lady is still working there, then there is a some chance that she may have progressed to something more. That's something to wish for in the new year. Not yet though.
