But to be a tourist in Africa is to much of a hassle, and not really cheap.

For black girls in Thailand, it is possible to find them in Bangkok on Sukhumvit Road, from Soi 3, up to Soi 15.

For white girls the obvious choices are North America or Europe. Forget the US. Canada used to have an excellent outcall escort system, but they changed the law about a year ago and I don't know where it stands (check the Quebec Forum).
