Stopped in for a look, last night, about 1000 pm. Looks nice inside. Waiter tried to sit me as soon as I entered. Couple girls sitting by the door attacked right away. Maybe 10 to 15 chicas. Now with the yellow cabs gone from the border (thank you uber) it seems that CC may have another chance.

CC was the happening spot when HK was just a small, dumpy club with a few poles, and Miami was a small club that shared a door with HK. Then some genius in the HK ownership invested a boatload of money and turned HK into a large, US-style strip club. But a US-style strip club with Mexican contact rules. All the gringos flocked from CC to HK. The gringo pool never got larger and, in fact, got much smaller after they tightened the passport requirements and border controls. Why CC didn't fight back earlier, I'm not sure. But I think the gringo pool may have grown some, and lots of guys (not nearly enough) are calling BS on $100/20 minute arribas. I think this is the opportunity CC may have to steal some customers from HK and increase their market share.

All the Yellow Cabs used to try to get everybody to go to Purple Rain, and you see what happened to them.
