I brought this up as the The generic Viagra purchased at Mercury Drug Stores for 700 pesos ($ 15.50 US) for five (5) 100 MG tablets is readily available. It works and I have had no side effects. I normally pay on Burgos St in Makati City 1,000 pesos for seven (7) four (4) packs of 100 MG tablets. I have used this many times and it works. Few weeks ago I had them show me their price list (hasn't changed in the last several years) and a room. I stayed there two years ago. If they have upgraded anything, I cannot see it (the room hasn't changed one bit). I think the price is p1400-ish, no breakfast. Easy to get a taxi any time of day. The place *does* have its charms: One day I walked in / out with about 5 different girls, and nobody batted an eye. Also in front is a decent massage place (p250).

At p2250, consider a deluxe room at Mango Park hotel (has pool on rooftope and free breakfast). However, the downside of this place (near the Iglesia ni Christo church) is its location on Maxilom: the traffic is horrid from 2-7 pm, you will have great trouble finding a taxi or jeep that is not full, and the traffic stands completely still.

You will see a lot of pinoy families there (I'm surprised they let me come back there more than once haha). Its a decent budget (or low-end biz place) hotel. I like the place too. They exchange money at the front desk (same prices as on the streets).

For something similar, but in the gritty fuente circle, check the Elegant Circle Inn. Five floors, two good elevators, nice view from the top floor of the circle / park / ocean. Breakfast not included, but at p1300 they toss in plated breakfast for p90.
