In this case the Slovak text makes that clear "Príplatkové sluzby: oral bez, anal" The word "priplatok" means additional charge (in this case for BBBJ or anal), another formulation you often see is "za priplatok" meaning "for additional charge". The opposite is usually "v cene" meaning "in the price". Such additional charges tend to be 20 euros for girls in this general price range.
