You are 100% correct Captain. Why our hobby isn't legal in America is beyond me. I was in La Zona last week and I envy you guys who live in San Diego or Southern Cali. Are you using a browser on a computer, or a smartphone app, or what?
About a month ago, I paid my membership without any problem. I was using my desktop computer's browser. (Windows 10, Internet Explorer 11).

I'm not sure what country ISG is hosted in, (maybe Britain?) so maybe your card company is choking on an international transaction. If you call them, tell them the payee is "GTB*isginternetsale".
