Gotta disagree with this 100%...most of the Asian massage places on Petchaburi...1300-1900 baht (house fee)...papasan tip, 0....+ drink 50-100 baht, + tip girl 100 baht ....duration, 2 hours, shot on goal, normally 2....a way way better value than anywhere in Nana or Soi Cowboy and no attitudes whatsoever...

i've spent a whopping 10 full weeks in bangkok this year. a mix of mostly business and some holiday, with plenty of time to experience the nightlife and variety of activities available in this wonderful city. i should preface my comments by saying that i truly love thailand and these are only my thoughts based on specific experiences i have had. others may obviously vary and it's this diversity of opinion that makes bangkok so wonderful to enjoy.

1) i really hate to say this, but from my experiences, i've found it very difficult to truly trust thai women. i've met and dated women in different settings. hotels, bars, nightclubs, g-clubs, soapies, go-go bars, etc. inherently i found most of these women truly addicted to the idea of money and stability and much less with me. even though i'm a 30 year old and an attractive catch by all western standards. also, i've found thai women to be quite moody and fickle and very limited in their ability to adjust to anything not thai (e. g., they mostly want to eat thai food, most have never ventured outside thailand for travel, etc). for me this makes it feel impossible to really bring someone back to the usa

2) more specifically, i find it difficult to trust a woman from a g-club or nightclub. i've spoken with women at soprano, the resort, pent club, caribbean, st. moritz, etc and i've realized you have to spend a ton of money and time with these women to go anywhere. i actually had a genuine romance with a woman from soprano, but it fizzled when she got nervous by how close we had gotten. most of these women are professionals at making you feel at ease and emptying out your wallet; if you want something long-term it's best if you live in thailand. they're very used to the tourist who lives in a hotel and vanishes after a few days.

3) there are a bunch of places i recommend but i'll keep it to some highlights:

a) best place for a "massage": i still think the winner is tulip, despite the crappy rooms. dow/dao is quite the performer, and if you spend time with her she's willing to give her cell number to make private bookings. the consistency amongst the women is better here than other places.

b) next best place for a "massage": snow white on sukhumvit 26 is excellent; i had a wonderful experience with fa. she's super energetic, caring, and loves sex. just watch your head when you walk up the stairs! the facilities are super modern here. i also like aviva massage on soi 8. pretty women, but make sure you ask to pick the one you want. the massage portion is actually quite legit here and the rooms are okay.

c) best massage parlor: i give the nod to nataree. the sideliners especially are quite attractive and very affordable. the rooms aren't great, but this is a better "buy" than most places.

d) overrated massage parlors: the "models" lounge in poseidon is ok, but for the price i haven't found the women to be worth it. same goes with amsterdam and la belle; the facilities here are nice but the real attractive women come at a steep cost (if you must, highly recommend "king" at amsterdam. she's a former thai penthouse model and a lot of fun)

e) best g-club: it really depends on your style of partying. the band at soprano is excellent and takes your music requests. the new ikafe is fun (next to caribbean. the new karafun), but the pricing structure is quite expensive. wherever you go, just realize that it's futile to worry about bedding the women. just have a good time and be prepared to spend $$$.

f) best escort services: in general, i think escorts in bangkok are a real hit or miss, and generally a risk and too expensive. some independent escorts are a disaster, such as "thai cherry" who has gained about 30 pounds from her previous photos. if you must, bangkok hot escorts ([url]www.bangkokhotescort.com[/url]) is a solid option at a fair price.

g) best quickie: i don't think anything beats [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord900][CodeWord900][/url] in soi 8 for some fast bj for only 700 or so baht. tip: don't go right at closing; several of the women are eating food at this time and i had one who chomped down hard at my member as if it were a piece of chicken.

h) best place to party: hands down, rca. especially route 66. which is an excellent club. get there early on weekends if you want to reserve a table inside.

i) overrated place to party: definitely q bar. i don't understand the allure of this place. high cover charge, and sometimes they block off the upstairs to "members only". avoid.

j) most ridiculous view: state tower. the sky bar. absolutely amazing view of the entire city and a super romantic place to take a woman.

there's a lot more to add here, but i hope this provides a nice start. feel free to give your opinions on the "best" of bangkok.

For ME, Disagree 100% and this is what makes BKK so much fun, we can all find what we like and what works for us.

For me, who looks American but am not, most soapies give me one shot and some have farang sur charge but I agree I never got attitude at a soapie. But 3 K minimum for my one goal at many soapies.
